The Last Free Tide

The Pilot

You know these shoals and how to read the water around them. Open water is rarely the safest way out.

Your goalSave the ship and give the crew a say in where you go.

Your backstory

Life before command

Your knowledge of the shoals helps keep Fortune clear of the reef.

You know the shallows around Nassau by the water above them. On Fortune, you read the reefs and shoals that can tear a ship apart. Deep water may look easier, but it is not always the safest way through.

Kit, the friend who brought you aboard, has a way of making danger sound like a joke. Your work demands a careful eye. Until now, you have helped the ship follow a course; the whole crew has not been yours to answer for.
